THE NEW C93 ALBUM

I will be announcing details of the new C93 album soon, including the two special editions that will accompany it. Watch the grain and the beasts, watch the smoke, where she shines, where she falls.

NEW PAINTINGS BY DAVID ADDED TO SHOP

I have added more paintings to the shop:

The four A3 paintings, titled HORSEY AT PASTURE I, II, III and IV, that I made for the centrefold of the HomAleph reissue of Horsey, including the one I finally chose to use. Each painting is titled, signed, and dated by me on the back in pencil. Pastel on white paper.

HORSEY AT PASTURE II and III are £650 each; I and IV are £750 each + P&P—HORSEY AT PASTURE IV is the painting used for the Horsey CD centrefold. Insured Shipping must be chosen.
A small number of the small THE LIGHT IS LEAVING US ALL Cabinet Cards, titled and signed by me in white ink on the back.

£111 each + P&P. Insured Shipping must be chosen.
An A4 sketch I made—a design that was finally not used—for the cover of, and with the same title as, my new anthology THERE IS A GRAVEYARD THAT DWELLS IN MAN, with the title handwritten by me on the HeadStone and my signature on the FootStone. Felt-tip and blue-black ink on white paper. Please note: due to the amount of the blue-black ink I used, this image should really be mounted before framing, to hold the painting firm and flat.

£450 + P&P. Insured Shipping must be chosen.
The original A4 painting THE GOD OF SLEEP SLEEPS, which was used for the signed and titled insert that accompanies the bundle of the C93 reissues on HomAleph, Sleep Has His House and HORSEY. White ink on black paper. The piece is titled, signed, and dated on the back by me in white ink.

£450 + P&P. Insured Shipping must be chosen.

SWEPT AND GARNISHED T-SHIRTS & VESTS UPDATE

Thank you for your patience with this! We have finally started sending out these items. They are really beautiful! I had said that I would disclose how many we had sold of each item; this information is also stated on the signed and numbered upcycled tags that come with each shirt.

36 t-shirts, and 22 vests, were made of the “Three Ghosts” SWEPT AND GARNISHED XXVI design.
43 t-shirts, and 9 vests, were made of the “Four Ghosts” SWEPT AND GARNISHED XXVII design.

So thank you to all who purchased these items; they count as the rarest C93 / DT shirts that we have done—with the vests of “Four Ghosts” SWEPT AND GARNISHED XXVII being the rarest C93 “garment” ever.

These “Three Ghosts” SWEPT AND GARNISHED XXVI and “Four Ghosts” SWEPT AND GARNISHED XXVII designs will never be reprinted.

NEW C93 DESIGN T-SHIRT & VEST IMMINENT & THUS LOVE WITCH

Our ScreenPrinter Cyril is about to start printing the new C93 t-shirt and vest design. This image will be silkscreened in luminous/“GlowInTheDark” ink onto organic cotton “Acid Black” shirts and vests. Each shirt comes with an upcycled C93 tag, signed and numbered by myself; it also has a small design on the back of the shirt/vest, again in luminous ink. I and we are aware what a drag it is offering these items for pre-order, for both you AND us! So with this design we will only be offering the shirts and vests to the shop once we actually have them in stock. They will be again be limited editions, and we will decide how many to make this week.

DAVID’S SOLO ALBUMS FERELITH & FONTELAUTUS UPDATE

All the vinyl—clear lathes and black vinyl—is now with our ScreenPrinter Cyril. He hopes to start printing the labels on the vinyl next week. We still hope to start sending these LONG-delayed records out in the next three weeks. There have been a LONG succession of problems in making these albums look exactly as I wanted them to look, not helped, of course, by The ViralSpiral. This has included rejecting, and then recycling, the first two versions of the covers of both albums! With the subsequent three solo albums that will follow these two albums, we will ensure that we actually have the items in stock before we add them to the shop.

DAVID TIBET THERE IS A GRAVEYARD THAT DWELLS IN MAN UPDATE

Strange Attractor have asked me to announce that the hardback edition of this title, which was limited to 500 copies, is now sold out. The hardback edition also came with a separate paperback of the supernatural novella A COLLEGE MYSTERY and a card, signed by myself. The paperback is still available from Strange Attractor and EVERY OTHER AMAZING BOOKSHOP IN THE WORLD!

Copies ordered from Strange Attractor have begun to be shipped out already from their online distribution centre, and will continue to be posted next week. Trade paperback editions are currently en-route to the USA and will available from all good bookshops shortly thereafter, probably around August.

Strange Attractor and I and Ania Goszcsyńska are now working on the third volume, as well as on an entire series—a True And Faithful LIbrary!— which will reprint most of my favourite novels and novellas, each with an introduction by me and a cover design by Ania.

MORE GREAT NEWS ABOUT GEF THE TALKING MONGOOSE FROM MY FRIEND CHRISTOPHER JOSIFFE

As some of you may know, one of the fiercest among my many fierce obsessions is the story of Gef The Talking Mongoose, and his Haunting of Cashen’s Gap, in the Isle of Man. Chris wrote the ultimate and utter book on it, one of my favourite books EverEverEVER. Everyone in THE WORLD should buy this book!

Now Chris, with his friend Chris Hill of DiscountGnostic, have released "an audio exploration of this legendary 1930s poltergeist haunting, written and narrated by Christopher and with SoundScaping by Chris Hill." It’s fabulous, and can be heard, and downloaded, at your chosen price, here.

I RECOMMEND UTTERLY THE NEW TELEPLASMISTE ALBUM!

I really love To Kiss Earth Goodbye, the new album by Teleplasmiste. They are comprised of Michael J. York, of C93 and Cyclobe, and Mark Pilkington, one of the two wonderful friends who run Strange Attractor Press, who publish material by me, amongst many others. Their press release follows below; their BandCamp page is here and the album can be bought here.
To Kiss Earth Goodbye, Teleplasmiste’s second full album, sees their sound-vision expanding and deepening, phantasmally and fantastically, opening onto thrilling new vistas of euphoria. The music is informed by a deep awareness and respect for prior esoteric traditions and counterculture currents, but forges a new and fertile synthesis very much its own.

The mesmerising cover art is by spirit painter and medium Ethel Le Rossignol, whose 1933 book of spiritualist teachings lends its name to the album’s second track: ‘A Goodly Company’. Another composition, ‘An Unexpected Visit’, incorporates a previously-unheard trance recording of occultist Alex Sanders (aka the UK’s “King of the Witches”), made by Sanders himself in the 1980s.

The LP comes on 180 gram vinyl, in two colours, turquoise transparent (limited to 250 copies) and classic black vinyl; the album is housed in a thick (350gsm) card stock with matte varnish. It has a printed inner sleeve and an additional card with a text written by Stephen Thrower.
